MAKE UP LOOK: A LITTLE DEVIL IN HER ANGEL-EYES

Categories Looks

I’M NOT GOING TO BE MAINSTREAM AT ALL.

I’m not doing a back to school make up look or anything similar because I’m just too sad about school starting again. It’s only 8 pm, I’m half dead and it’s only been one day.

So to end this little BLAHBLAHBLAH, let’s start with the make up look.

This is how it looks:

And as always, let’s start with concealer. And once again, the Catrice Allround Cover stick in the shade nude under my eyes, on the tip of the nose, the T zone and all that fun stuff. Than I blend that out and put the Garnier BB cream-The Miracle skin Perfector in the shade light over that. Once that is blended out, I do a little magic with the Avon Ideal Flawless matte liquid concealer in the shade fair and hide those bags under my eyes (and now that school’s starting…). Blend that out, set the whole thing with a powder from Avon-Smooth Minerals in the shade shell and voila!

Just kidding. Not even close.

Next is the contouring. The standard. Avon-Luxe Lavish Powder Bronzer on the cheek-bones, side of the forehead and jaw line with a brush that I am pretty sure is meant to be used as a foundation brush but I think it works just fine. What I love with this is that you can go a little bit deeper into the shade if you apply more bronzer but you can also make it very natural with very minimal product, so that is perfect for school (yeah fiiiine, I gave in, it’s 1st September here, too). I didn’t do anything too obvious with the highlight, just a little shimmer here and there with the Avon Cream Blush and Highlighter Duo.

I always like to keep the brows simple so I use my Catrice Cosmetics Eyebrow pen Limited edition Graphic Grace in CO1 Brown on the outer corner of the brow and my every day life saver which I am pretty sure I can not live without, the L’Oréal Paris Brow Artist Designer in the shade 26LNAN to fill in the rest of the brow and not make it too dramatic.

AND NOW… (drumroll please)… for the eyes. This time I went for a completely matte look (I have to stop with this obsession) and didn’t use the Naked3 at all, just the Revolution ultra eyeshadows paletteI went all brown, and although I wasn’t sure how that would turn out, I was pretty happy with the result. I used pretty much all the browns on the left on the palette and the black in the right bottom corner for the kind of eyeliner-ish effect.

I put the second brown in the third row all over my lid and a shade lower on my outer V and crease. Once I blended that out, I pust the first brown in the third row on the outer half of my lid for that kind of ombre effect and sometime about now I bet you started wishing that the shades had names (you and me both sister! Or brother…) but we’re just going to have to go with it. After that I just highlighter my inner corner and brow bone with the white-ish colour (the first first one) and then put some light brown over the white on the inner lid and I’m sure it had no effect but I just kinda played around. The black on the upper lashline, a little bit of dark brown on the water line, add a little blending and that is pretty much it. As for the lashes I just used my go-to mascara, the Max Factor 2000 calorie Dramatic Volume. And I think that is it!
