MAKE UP LOOK: EFFORTLESS GLOW

Categories Looks

IF YOU KNOW ME AT ALL, YOU KNOW I’M PROBABLY THE LAZIEST PERSON A L I V E.
So naturally, I’m going to take the shortest ride to looking good.

And I knoooow, I know. “Don’t you love to do your makeup? You’re a makeup blogger!”
Yes.    I am.    A lazy make up blogger.
ESPECIALLY AT 7 AM.

This is going to be a bit different than all the other makeup looks, because I bought some new products and I’ve been loving them. So first of all, I finally bought a fixing spray, and it’s the Keep it perfect! make-up fixing spray by  Essence. I don’t really know if you’re supposed to spray it before or after doing your makeup so I just do both. You know. To be safe. The next thing I purchased is the the Pure Nude Make-up natural finish no make-up feel in the shade 10 pure beige, again, by Essence and I mix it on my hand with the Avon Ideal Flawless matte liquid concealer in the shade fair. I do this because my skin tone gets a really weird colour once summer is over. I get kinda pale, but not really, so it’s really difficult to find a suiting shade of foundation. I apply it on my face with my fingers and then spread it out on the face with my Nanshy foundation brush for that “not really wearing any foundation” look. After that, I put the Liquid camouflage high coverage concealer in the shade 005 Light natural by Catrice cosmetics under my eyes, on my forehead, the tip of my nose and under my cheek-bones and blend it out with my beauty sponge.

I contour my face on the cheekbones, forehead and jaw-line with the Avon Luxe Lavish Powder Bronzer as always. I do have a new highlighter though, and I am in love with it. It’s the Highlighting Powder in 020 Champagne Campaign from Catrice cosmetics. I just apply it with my fingers and leave it. Depending on the outfit I’ll add just a little bit of blush or not.

For the brows I just fill them in with my L’Oréal Paris Brow Artist Designer in the shade 26LNAN. I first underline, than over-line and then fill in. You know, the casual and nothing to dark.

And the best for the last – the eyes. I do nothing but mascara. Jaw dropping, I know. I just apply a lot of the  Max Factor 2000 calorie Dramatic Volume and that is it!

I know it sounds much, but I promise, it takes about 10 minutes once you’ve learned how to do everything quickly. I can sleep about 20 minutes longer since I cut out the eye-shadows, eyeliner and similar sh*t. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I looooove makeup. I live for makeup. It’s one of my favourite things to do, I just find it more soothing to do it later in the afternoon rather than at 7 AM.

I hope you liked this post. If you have any recommendations or requests on what products to try in the future, feel free to leave it in the comment section below.

Have a lovely day,

yours truly.
